Acceptance

By using Motolog you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Motolog allows car owners to log and track vehicle maintenance history, and allows garages to add verified service records. The service is provided free of charge during the current beta period.

Your responsibilities

• You must only add records for vehicles you own or are authorised to manage
• Garages must only log records for work they have genuinely performed
• You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose
• You are responsible for the accuracy of records you submit

Accuracy of records

Motolog displays records as submitted. We do not independently verify self-reported records. Verified records are logged by garages who have agreed to these terms, but we cannot guarantee their accuracy. Do not rely solely on Motolog records when making a vehicle purchase decision.

Availability

We aim to keep Motolog available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

Limitation of liability

Motolog is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service or reliance on records stored within it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
