Acceptance

By using Motolog you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Motolog lets car owners log and track their own vehicle maintenance history, and imports MOT test history from the DVSA. The service is provided free of charge during the current beta period.

Your responsibilities

• You must only add records for vehicles you own or are authorised to manage
• You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose
• You are responsible for the accuracy of records you submit

Accuracy of records

Motolog displays the records you enter as you entered them. We do not independently verify them. MOT test data is imported from the DVSA and is only as current as that service; the authoritative copy is on gov.uk and is free to check there. Do not rely solely on Motolog records when making a vehicle purchase decision.

Availability

We aim to keep Motolog available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

Limitation of liability

Motolog is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service or reliance on records stored within it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
